

Ubaldo Feliciano-Hernandez (Tenor) is a
graduate of the prestigious Academy of Vocal Arts in
Philadelphia. His performance credits include Ernesto in Don
Pasquale, Ivan Stepanovich in Richard Wargo’s The Music Shop,
Alfred in Die Fledermaus, and Goro in Madama Butterfly. His
professional engagements have included thus far Ivan
Stepanovich in Richard Wargo’s The Music Shop, Cover for
Romeo in Romeo et Juliette both with Dicapo Opera Theater,
Spoletta in Tosca, Monostatos in Die Zauberflöte, Scaramuccio in
Ariadne auf Naxos, 4th Jew in Salome, Goro in Madama
Butterfly sung with the Opera Company of Philadelphia, Kaspar
in Amahl and the Night Visitors with the Symphonic Orchestra of
Puerto Rico. The world premiere of The Dawn of a New Day with
the Bermuda Philharmonic Society, (Symphonic Piece). Mr.
Feliciano-Hernández operatic repertoire also includes,
Alfredo in LaTraviata, Rinuccio in Gianni Schicchi, Tamino in Die
Zauberflöte, Il Duca di Mantua in Rigoletto, and Nemorino in L’
Elixir d’Amore, Romeo in Romeo et Juliette, Edgardo in Lucia di
Lammermoor, Werther in Werther, Rodolfo in La Boheme. Mr.
Feliciano-Hernández previously studied in the Conservatory of
Music of Puerto Rico in San Juan and at Temple University
College of Music in Philadelphia.
For the 2008-2009 season, Mr. Feliciano-Hernandez returns to
Dicapo Opera Theatre to sing the role of Pong in Turandot and
the role of Ottavio in of Don Giovanni, Doctor Faust in Gounod's
Faust, and Alfredo in La Traviata all with Opera Manhattan.
