Carina Zabrodsky (Soprano) is a senior at Sarah
Medium at the Brooklyn-Queens Conservatory, where she will
also be performing the title role of Amahl in Amahl and the Night
Visitors in December 2009.
At Sarah Lawrence, Carina has performed in various opera
scenes including scenes from Le Nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni,
and The Old Maid and the Thief. She has participated in various
summer programs including AIMS in Graz, Canta in Italia,
Westchester Summer Vocal Institute, and the University of
Kentucky Opera Workshop. Carina is currently preparing
several concerts including her senior recital, in collaboration
with pianist Martin Goldray.
This season with Opera Manhattan Repertory Theatre, Carina
joins the ensemble for their production of Die Fledermaus.
