Brian DuBois (Lyric Tenor) a native of Charlotte, North
Carolina, received a BM from Appalachian State University where he
performed many roles including Il Marito in Amelia Al Ballo, The
Modern Major General in The Pirates of Penzance and Elijah in Elijah.
He was a regular performer with Opera Carolina, where he
participated in productions of Madama Butterfly, Rigoletto, Pagliacci,
Pirates of Penzance, Aida, Don Giovanni, Romeo et Juliette, and Die
Fledermaus.
This season with Opera Manhattan, Mr. DuBois will be singing the roles
of Blind in their new production of Die Fledermaus as well as covering
the leading roles of Alfred & Baron von Eisenstein. He will also be
singing Bastiene in Bastien und Bastienne, and the role of Gastone in
OMRT's new abridged production of La Traviata.
